In the app
- Open Waddi and sign in.
- Go to “Account”.
- Tap “Delete account” at the bottom of the page, then confirm.
By email
Write to appxwaddi@gmail.com from any address with the phone number on the account. We delete it within 30 days, once we have checked the number is yours.
What is deleted
- Your name and phone number.
- Your saved addresses.
- Your notifications and your devices’ notification tokens.
What stays
Your past orders stay with the shops and with us for accounting, but without your name, phone or address. You can open a new account with the same number later.
Shop and driver accounts
Shop and driver accounts hold money and balances, so they are deleted through us: write to appxwaddi@gmail.com.
An order still on its way
You can’t delete your account while an order is on its way. Wait until it arrives, then delete.
